Al Watania For Industries is Hiring: Maintenance Technician
We are looking for hands-on Maintenance Technicians to keep our production lines running reliably. We have openings in Plastic, CAN Making (Steel & Metal), and Paper products manufacturing.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machines and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns
- Maintain and replace machine components, tooling, and spare parts
- Support machine setups, changeovers, and startups
- Maintain utilities equipment such as compressors, chillers, and cooling systems
- Record maintenance activities and spare parts usage accurately
- Follow safety and lockout procedures at all times
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in Plastic, CAN Making (Steel & Metal), or Paper manufacturing (mandatory)
- Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and use hand and measuring tools
- Willingness to work shifts
Preferred: Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, tooling or die maintenance, and root cause analysis of breakdowns.
