California Greens Corporation Factory (CGC-F) is seeking to hire a qualified Production Line Operator to join its Production Department.
Key Responsibilities Operate blistering machines, tablet-counting machines, and bottle-filling equipment. * Ensure the production line is ready and all required materials are available before operation. * Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements. * Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process. * Conduct in-process quality checks in coordination with the Quality Assurance team, including seal integrity, print clarity, and proper blister-pocket formation. * Clean and maintain production machines in accordance with approved procedures. * Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational faults. * Complete and maintain production and packaging records in compliance with GMP, GxP*, and internal procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements Technical diploma or an equivalent qualification. * A minimum of two years of experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing facility. * Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)* requirements. * Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. * Good written and spoken English. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure.
