As our Northern European Credit platform continues to grow, we are looking for a Loan Asset Manager to join our Risk and Portfolio Management team. The team is responsible for risk management and reporting through the investment cycle and loan asset management from closing to repayment. You will sit with the team in either Stockholm or Copenhagen and work cross-border with colleagues in other countries, namely the Urban Partner Credit teams in Munich and Frankfurt am Main.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical real estate or finance professional who thrives at the intersection of portfolio management, credit risk, and value creation. You will play a key role in monitoring and managing of a growing portfolio of commercial real estate loans while partnering closely with investment teams, borrowers and other internal and external stakeholders.
