Role Description This full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Life Insurance Agent will support individuals and families in identifying their life insurance needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring clients understand coverage options and policy benefits. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and engaging new clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting life insurance proposals, and managing policy applications and renewals. The role requires maintaining accurate client records, following regulatory and company guidelines, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, and providing ongoing customer service for claims and policy inquiries. The Life Insurance Agent will also contribute to sales targets, participate in training and development programs, and uphold Chubb’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively generate business, advise clients, and manage policy portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products and principles to provide accurate guidance and build long-term client trust.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand premiums, benefits, and financial planning considerations for life insurance solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, preferably in a sales or advisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and support diverse clients.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and comply with local regulatory requirements; relevant professional certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field are an advantage.
