Job Summary
The Legal Specialist will provide legal support across the organization, including contract drafting and review, legal research, regulatory compliance, case follow-up, and dispute resolution. The role requires strong knowledge of applicable Saudi laws and regulations and the ability to identify and minimize legal risks.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction and subcontract agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence for projects and transactions
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and construction requirements
- Represent the company before courts and government authorities
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and project teams
- Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies
- Maintain and update legal records, contracts, and case files
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly
Qualifications
- Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia.
- 2–3 years of relevant legal experience
- Previous experience with a reputable law firm or a leading legal consultancy firm is required.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts, and regulations
- Experience in handling contracts and legal documentation
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government procedures
- Fluent in English
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
