Role Description The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, responsible for guiding prospective clients through the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, explaining lease terms, and supporting clients with application and documentation requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate lease records, following up with current residents and tenants to encourage renewals, and addressing concerns to support long-term retention. The Leasing Consultant will collaborate closely with colleagues and property owners, provide professional customer service, and actively contribute to achieving leasing targets and overall portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to explain terms clearly and manage documentation accurately.
- Experience in resident retention or tenant relationship management, focusing on renewals and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic sales and negotiation techniques, with the ability to meet leasing targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Valid Qatari driving license and ability to travel to property sites across Doha.
