Skills DescriptionQualification:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
Strong knowledge of lease and contract management.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management systems.
Experience:3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing, Lease Administration, Property Management, or Contract Management.
Experience managing commercial leases, landlord relations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Retail Or Multi-site Property Experience Is Preferred.Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams.
