We are looking for a Learning Content & Catalog Manager to own and continuously improve the course catalog across M3aarf and MindLuster.
This role is responsible for identifying high-demand learning opportunities, especially across GCC markets, maintaining the quality and availability of existing courses, improving course and certificate titles, and using data to help our educational content grow.
The ideal candidate combines content management, market research, SEO awareness, analytics, and strong product thinking.
Key Responsibilities Research trending skills, courses, certifications, and learning topics across our target markets, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, and GCC countries.
* Identify content gaps by comparing market demand with our existing course catalog.
* Recommend new courses and learning topics based on search trends, job-market demand, user behavior, and platform data.
* Manage and continuously audit the M3aarf and MindLuster course catalogs.
* Review and improve course titles, ensuring they are clear, professional, searchable, and attractive to learners.
* Pay special attention to certificate titles, ensuring they are professionally written and suitable for CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and career use.
* Review course descriptions, categories, skills, levels, languages, and other course metadata.
* Monitor course content health and identify deleted, private, unavailable, or missing lessons/videos.
* Coordinate with the development team to automate course-health monitoring and resolve content issues.
* Identify outdated, incomplete, duplicated, low-quality, or poorly structured courses and recommend appropriate actions.
* Analyze course performance including views, enrollments, completion rates, engagement, certificate purchases, and conversion rates.
* Identify why certain courses underperform and recommend improvements.
* Work with the SEO and Growth teams to improve course discoverability through titles, descriptions, skills, categories, FAQs, and internal linking.
* Ensure every course is mapped to relevant professional skills and skill categories.
* Develop and maintain Learning Paths / Career Tracks* around high-demand careers and skills.
* Use AI tools to improve and scale course metadata, categorization, descriptions, skills, FAQs, and content operations while maintaining human quality control.
* Monitor competitors and leading educational platforms to identify emerging learning trends and opportunities.
* Produce regular reports on catalog quality, content gaps, trending topics, and growth opportunities.

- Course availability / content health rate
- Number of broken or missing lessons
- Percentage of courses with optimized professional titles
- Percentage of courses with properly structured metadata and skills
- Course completion rate
- Learner engagement
- Certificate conversion rate
- Organic traffic to course pages
- Number of high-demand content gaps identified and covered
- Performance of newly added or optimized courses
- Growth of course consumption in GCC markets
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Content Management, E-learning, SEO Content, Content Operations, Product Content, or a related field*.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Ability to identify market and learning trends.
* Good understanding of SEO and search intent.
* Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing large amounts of content.
* Comfortable working with analytics and performance data.
* Experience using AI tools for research and content operations.
* Ability to work closely with Product, Development, SEO, Growth, and Sales teams.
