The RoleAs Lead Design Engineer you will act as the senior technical authority, directing design, supplier management, delivery, commissioning and lifecycle support activities for design/make of global Bodycote HIP hot zone systems. Leading the design engineering team entails directing project management from concept to internal customer handover, and ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs on time and within budget. In addition, you will ensure alignment of design with business goals and become a specialist in holistic HIP system behaviour. You report to Head of Engineering, HIP Europe.
