CG FinTech is expanding its global presence and is looking for an experienced Latin America Manager to lead business development and market expansion across Latin American markets.
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with strong experience in the CFD and Commodities trading industry, who understands the Latin American market and can develop strategic partnerships, build sales channels, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Latin American market.
- Identify and establish relationships with IBs, affiliates, introducing partners, traders, and other strategic business partners.
- Expand the company’s client and partner network across key Latin American markets.
- Lead and manage regional sales and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and key clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop market-entry strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities across the region.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support, to support regional growth.
- Set sales targets and monitor team and individual performance against KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and develop local sales and business development talent where required.
- Prepare regular market and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure business development activities are conducted in line with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the CFD, Forex, Commodities, or broader financial trading industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American financial and trading market.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or regional management.
- Established network of IBs, affiliates, partners, traders, or other industry contacts in Latin America.
- Strong understanding of online trading products, particularly CFDs and Commodities.
- Experience managing sales or business development teams is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional business growth.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Latin America when required.
