Required to join a Facilities Management company working with a prestigious client in Al Ula.
The Landscape engineer is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of all landscape facilities management activities. This role ensures that outdoor spaces, green infrastructure, and all associated systems are maintained to the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or Facility Management.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in landscape management, preferably within large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications: CLP (Certified Landscape Professional), PMP, CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or equivalent.
- Be based in KSA able to transfer Iqama
- A single status contract is available with accommodation and transport
