Job Title: Laboratory Sampler / Water Sampling Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Collect water and other water-quality-related samples as per technical requirements.
- Follow correct sampling techniques to maintain sample integrity and avoid contamination.
- Support preparation of monthly sampling schedules and follow approved sampling plans.
- Label and document samples accurately for full traceability.
- Conduct on-site chlorine testing and record results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory logs, databases, and records.
- Support review and improvement of sampling procedures.
- Follow all HSEQ, safety, environmental, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
- Identify and report safety hazards or environmental concerns
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in a laboratory environment; HSEQ exposure is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good knowledge of laboratory equipment and software.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of HSEQ standards and regulations.
