Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for Kurdish Speaking Therapists/Psychologists. In this position, you will provide virtual mental health support, including individual counseling and psychoeducation, to Kurdish-speaking clients across various time zones. You will conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and document sessions in alignment with clinical and organizational standards. Collaborating with the wider MantraCare clinical and AI support teams, you will help tailor interventions, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment while leveraging digital tools and telehealth platforms to deliver care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in therapeutic settings.
- Experience in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, ongoing monitoring, and treatment planning.
- Relevant education in Medicine or clinical disciplines where applicable to mental health practice, and familiarity with comorbid chronic conditions.
- Professional fluency in Kurdish and proficient communication in English to collaborate with international teams.
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field; licensure or registration to practice in your jurisdiction is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing remote or telehealth-based therapy, with comfort using digital platforms and electronic health records.
- Strong ethical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently while adhering to clinical guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection, appropriate private workspace, and availability to work flexible hours to support global clients.
