Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strategic customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts in the robotics and technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing business plans, coordinating solutions with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring account performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. The Key Account Manager will also participate in meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales growth and long-term partnerships.
