Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
- Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of customized facility management solutions that align with their business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and addressing any service gaps proactively.
- Conduct regular to review service performance, gather feedback, and discuss opportunities for service enhancements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing key accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments with key clients to ensure continued partnerships and favorable terms.
- Resolve escalated issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact client services.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the same field.
