Role Overview
Account Manager | Arabic Speaking | Office-based (5 days/week)We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing commercial team, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Fresha partners across the Arabic-speaking market.
Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you’ll build strong relationships with existing partners, understand their businesses and identify opportunities to increase adoption and monetisation of the Fresha platform.
This is a commercial, relationship-led role where you’ll balance partner experience with revenue growth and retention. You’ll use data and account insights to identify opportunities, proactively engage with partners and help them get more value from Fresha.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where performance, autonomy and continuous improvement are highly valued. We’re looking for someone who is commercially motivated, proactive and enjoys building relationships while working towards clear targets.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.To foster a collaborative environment centred on in-person interaction and teamwork, this role is 5 days/week in our office.Video submissions will be prioritised to help speed up the interview process.
