About the role
Park Consulting & Staffing Services, a U.S.-based consulting and staffing firm, is seeking a tech-savvy, hands-on professional to support our Lebanon-based CEO. This role combines IT support, website development, cybersecurity, and reporting with personal assistant responsibilities.
The ideal candidate
You're the person friends and family call when their Wi-Fi drops or their laptop acts up, and you actually enjoy fixing it. You're just as comfortable redesigning a web page as you are building a clean Excel tracker or a sharp PowerPoint deck. You notice what needs doing before you're asked, follow through without reminders, and handle confidential matters with complete discretion. You're flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to shift from a technical project to a quick errand when the day calls for it.
What you'll do
- Update, revamp, and maintain our company website, including content, design, performance, and security
- Monitor and address cybersecurity issues, such as account security, backups, software updates, and protection against phishing and other threats
- Provide day-to-day IT support to the CEO, including troubleshooting computers, phones, Wi-Fi, and software
- Set up and maintain home and office technology, such as printers, TVs, computers, and smart devices
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, including tracking data, summarizing information, and building polished PowerPoint decks
- Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling scheduling, errands, local purchases, vendor coordination, and other day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate across U.S. and Lebanon time zones
