About The RoleAs a consultant with us, you are more than just an advisor—you are an enabler. You will work closely with our clients' leadership teams, DevOps teams, and IT departments to design robust security solutions that actually work in practice. We are looking for someone who masters the art of balancing stringent security requirements with business value.
Your Main Tasks Include
- Design and implement scalable security architectures in complex environments (Cloud, Hybrid, and On-prem).
- Drive strategic roadmaps within areas such as EDR/XDR, IAM, network segmentation, and cloud security.
- Act as a technical expert in large-scale transformation projects, such as automotive ISO 21434/R155 or financial compliance.
- Guide development teams in integrating security (SCA, SAST/DAST) as a natural part of their daily workflow.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses as well as technical audits to ensure the highest possible resilience.
Your Personal And Professional QualificationsWe are looking for a seasoned leader in cybersecurity. You thrive on switching between deep technical discussions with engineers and strategic presentations for C-level management.
- Academic educational background.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT security, with several years in an architectural role.
- Deep knowledge of modern security frameworks frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-53, CIS Top18, NIS1/2, DORA, ISF, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR and SOC2
- Experience leading technical teams or specialist areas.
- A background in penetration testing, security development, or infrastructure.
- The ability to build trust through collaboration rather than just compliance.
- A plus if you have any Information Security certification such as: ISO27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE or similar
