We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of enterprise IT operations across on-premises and cloud environments. This hands-on role will lead infrastructure administration, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, backup & disaster recovery, and multi-site IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead administration of Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud migration initiatives
✅ Manage Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
✅ Administer and optimize VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualized environments
✅ Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, routing, and multi-site connectivity
✅ Manage network security solutions including FortiGate, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and Azure security controls
✅ Oversee Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and endpoint management
✅ Lead backup and disaster recovery operations, restore testing, and business continuity planning
✅ Support Oracle on-premises infrastructure and Oracle OCI environments
✅ Drive infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, patch management, and system performance optimization
✅ Implement cybersecurity best practices, security hardening, EDR solutions, and compliance initiatives
✅ Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers
✅ Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and asset inventories
✅ Provide senior-level troubleshooting and act as the key escalation point for infrastructure-related issues
✅ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of IT operational standards and best practices
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
✔️ 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and Security
✔️ Strong expertise in Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365
✔️ Experience supporting complex multi-site enterprise environments
✔️ Certifications such as AZ-104, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Aruba, Palo Alto, ITIL, or Commvault are highly desirable
