You will serve as a trusted technology advisor and solution architect, leading the selection, design, and delivery of AI-powered, business intelligence (BI), data analytics, digital consumer-centric, and business technology solutions that support the Market's growth and transformation objectives.

PositionBusiness Relationship Management

Proactively engage with relevant business stakeholders, at the site or within the cluster, to gain solid understanding of JTI commercial processes in order to effectively formulate the right solution strategy, ensuring alignment with Market ASP
Serve as IT solution consultant to business stakeholders and take the lead in mapping relevant technologies and IT services to support business plan execution
Evaluate the current and anticipated demand for IT solutions and services vis-a-vis business priorities and IT resource capacity and capabilities, and support the IT Cluster Lead in the overall demand management and business stakeholder management

AI & Digital Transformation

* Accelerate adoption of AI-driven capabilities and digital solutions that improve performance, consumer engagement and operational efficiency
Promote best practices, knowledge sharing and digital communication across markets
Ensure successful deployment, adoption and continuous enhancement of global digital platforms and capabilities

Business Transformation / Change Management

* Serve as IT solution subject matter expert for business transformation and change initiatives, collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to define the required technology solution(s) and to assess the business impact
Ensure timely processing and approval of IT change requests to support the business transformation and change initiatives
Support IT Cluster Lead in ensuring clear business ownership, sufficient funding, proper project governance and quality control, adherence to IT project management standards and best practices, as well as compliance with the operating guidelines

Solution Design and Delivery

* Serve as solution architect responsible for driving the evaluation, selection, design and delivery of reliable, scalable and cost-effective solutions to successfully complete business transformation and change initiatives
Work with relevant internal and external subject matter experts to ensure that the solution fulfills business requirements and is successfully implemented within the agreed-upon timeline and budget, in line with established JTI standards and best practices
Accountable for ensuring that the operational support model is well-formulated and the requisite knowledge transfer and solution documentation are successfully completed prior to go-live

Project Management

* Ensure that solution implementation projects are planned and executed in line with business strategy and established global IT standards and best practices
Enforce strong project management discipline and ensure adherence to JTI’s Project Management Framework
Provide oversight during effort and cost estimation, and ensure that project constraints and dependencies are clearly identified and aligned with all stakeholders

Requirements* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline * A postgraduate qualification, certification, or demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data & Analytics, or Business Intelligence (BI) is considered a strong advantage * 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), Data & Analytics, Digital Solutions, Technology Delivery, Business Solutions, or Application Management within multinational FMCG organisations * Experience leading Business Solutions, Data & Analytics, AI, or Application Management teams * Strong knowledge of FMCG business processes and a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions that drive business growth, commercial effectiveness, consumer engagement, and operational excellence * Digital and AI strategy, opportunity prioritization, business-case development, KPI management, ROO/ROI and portfolio governance * Data analysis, modeling, data-flow mapping, testing and validation; Power BI/Tableau; SQL/NoSQL; exposure to Hadoop, Spark and AI/ML concepts * Power Platform, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse and Azure Synapse Analytics * CMS and design tools including Builder.io, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite; technical exposure to Postman, HTML and Azure Cloud * Arabic & English fluency with excellent communication skills
