We’re looking for an experienced iOS Team Lead to join a high-growth FinTech company focused on digital banking and lead the technical direction of our iOS development team.
üîπ Key Responsibilities:
Own the iOS technical roadmap and align engineering priorities with product strategy.
Lead Agile sprints, technical planning, code architecture, and PR reviews.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure feature delivery.
Coach and mentor iOS developers and support the growth of the engineering team.
Collaborate closely with Product, Security, UX, and Engineering teams.
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
üîπ Requirements:
10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in iOS development.
Expert knowledge of Swift, including async/await and Actors.
Strong experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and Objective-C.
Advanced knowledge of SOLID principles, OOP, and software design patterns.
Strong experience with architectures such as VIPER, MVVM, MVI, and MVP.
Hands-on experience with TDD and XCTest.
Strong knowledge of SPM / CocoaPods for dependency management.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of mobile security, including Keychain and cryptography.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Datadog, or Sentry.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in FinTech / Banking / Digital Banking.
Experience maintaining mobile applications or SDKs with 2M+ active users.
Experience building and expanding mobile development teams.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven development.
Familiarity with cross-platform technologies such as Android, Web, or Flutter.
