Purpose of the Job:
The Investor Relations Officer will support the Investor Relations and Strategy & Investment team in managing relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating investor-related reporting and communications.
The role will also support Board and corporate governance activities, equity-related transactions, due diligence processes, and the company’s ongoing corporate restructuring initiatives. This will involve working closely with internal Business Units and Support Functions to collect, consolidate and present relevant information, as well as coordinating with external advisors and stakeholders when required.
Organizational Relationships:
- Functional relationships with: Top Management, Middle Management, Business Units & Support Functions
- External Relationships: Shareholders, Legal & Tax Advisors, Regulatory Authorities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with shareholders and investors, responding to information requests and coordinating relevant updates.
- Support fundraising and equity-related processes, including preparation of investor materials, due diligence documentation and maintenance of the data room.
- Support the preparation and coordination of Board meetings, reports, minutes and required approvals.
- Maintain and update corporate governance and equity-related documentation and trackers.
- Support the monitoring and execution of secondary market transactions in coordination with the relevant broker.
- Assist with regulatory and shareholder-related reporting and communications.
- Support the company’s corporate restructuring initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external legal and tax advisors.
- Coordinate with Business Units and Support Functions to collect, consolidate and present information required for investor, management and Board reporting.
- Prepare and maintain periodic management and investor reports.
- Support the team with ad hoc investor relations, corporate governance and strategic projects as required.

Educational background, skills and Experience required:
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) is a plus
- Previous experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting or a related field is preferred.
