Overview:
Our client is a leading venture and private capital investor in the Middle East, headquartered in the UAE with additional presence acros Gulf . Since its founding, the firm has backed more than `100 portfolio companies, supporting high-growth entrepreneurs in technology, fintech, software, and digital infrastructure.
The firm invests flexibly across seed, venture, and selective growth opportunities, with typical ticket sizes ranging from $1 million to $15 million. The Dubai office serves as the investment hub, and the team is now seeking to add a mid-level professional to drive origination, deal execution, and portfolio value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Origination: identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage opportunities across AI, fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, and frontier technologies in MENA
- Due diligence and execution: lead financial modelling, valuations, market assessments, and deal structuring; coordinate external advisors and internal committees
- Portfolio management: work closely with founders and management teams to deliver operational improvements, regional expansion, and follow-on fundraising
- Ecosystem engagement: represent the firm at industry events, build relationships with co-investors, accelerators, and strategic partners
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in venture capital, growth equity
- Solid analytical toolkit, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial due diligence skills
- Deep understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the UAE and wider MENA region
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
