- * The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for inventory-related functions to maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods, supporting the Manufacturing and Quality departments.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM.
- Candidate must be flexible to work weekends if requested (no exceptions).
- 10-panel drug screening required (must be completed within 48 hours of job offer acceptance). Candidate will receive 2 weeks of training.
- Climate-controlled environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- * Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting of raw materials and finished goods); generate ERP system reports as needed
- Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and actual physical counts
- Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management to ensure system integrity
- Assist in investigating anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts
- Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- * Previous work experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required (no exceptions)
- Forklift experience required - minimum 6 months
- Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment - first preference
Key Skills
- * Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong math skills
- Forklift operation
- Reading/writing English-language documentation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes - preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Eligibility & Qualifications
- * High school diploma or equivalent required
- Steel toe or composite shoes required
- Must clear all background checks and drug screening before starting
