Job DescriptionAt Youwe, technology helps our people and clients do their best work. As Internal IT Manager, you take ownership of our internal IT environment across our international offices, from workplace technology, cloud, and SaaS to suppliers, security, and service delivery.
You will have real ownership of internal IT at Youwe. You will lead the team and the operational agenda, while partnering closely with the CTO, who sets technology direction and architecture standards.
Your job is to turn that direction into effective day-to-day operations and meaningful change. From roadmap and budget to cloud migration and landscape harmonization, you make sure internal IT becomes simpler, more secure, and ready to scale with a growing international organization. This is a full-time role based in our Rotterdam or Groningen office.

Nice-to-haves* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, service management, or security certifications; * Hands-on implementation experience with cloud or SaaS migrations; * Experience harmonizing IT and SaaS landscapes across multiple offices or countries; * Experience with IT onboarding and offboarding, and audit-ready asset, license, and configuration records; * Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced international environment.
