Responsibilities
- * Lead the internal communications agenda by designing and implementing effective communication strategies, systems, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication across all employee groups, leveraging appropriate communication channels to enhance engagement and organizational pride.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the leadership team.
- Drive clear, timely, and impactful communication with frontline employees to keep them informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and execute a structured annual engagement calendar across all locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact of celebrations and employee events.
- Manage and track the Internal Communications budget.
- Identify executive speaking opportunities and develop speeches, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
- Partner with People Business Partners and key stakeholders to assess communication needs and design targeted communication solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of communication initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, resource coordination, and successful implementation.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of quarterly Town Halls, including message development, stakeholder alignment, agency management (where applicable), and event execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of year-end celebrations and other large-scale employee engagement events.
- Manage and continuously enhance communication channels and platforms, including LCD screens, internal communication mailboxes, SMS communications, and other employee touchpoints.
- Act as the communications lead for major business initiatives requiring large-scale employee communication, developing key messages, FAQs, and leader communication toolkits.
- Lead the cascade of regional and global communications through appropriate channels and platforms.
- Partner with Global Internal Communications, Digital Media, and Public Relations teams to ensure alignment between internal and external communication strategies.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to identify communication needs, analyze insights, and develop action plans.
- Support crisis communication management by proactively developing communication plans, mitigating reputational risks, and ensuring leadership alignment during urgent situations.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role within the private or public sector.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and public relations skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity and complexity effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Proven ability to leverage existing resources and drive process efficiencies.
- Strong creativity, innovation mindset, and digital communication capabilities.
- Ability to develop practical, impactful communication solutions that support business objectives.
