INTERIOR ARCHITECT
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our team for projects in Studio Vee
Duties and responsibilities:
· Understand client requirements and develop creative, functional, and budget-conscious interior design solutions.
· Prepare interior fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
· Develop technical details for ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP, procurement, project, and site teams.
· Review drawings and material submissions, conduct site visits, and resolve design and execution issues.
· Ensure drawing accuracy, proper revision control, and timely project deliverables.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
· 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with an interior fit-out contractor.
· Strong expertise in AutoCAD, shop drawings, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
· Good knowledge of materials, finishes, fit-out construction, and MEP coordination.
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
