*What will you be doing at MBRF?** Collaborate with leadership in the MBO Targets deployment process ensuring alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives (SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) * Upload, maintain, and validate bonus targets in ACTIO, ensuring the accuracy of structures, scorecards, access, and system configurations. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across performance management systems, reports, and dashboards. * Support MBRF+ Program by tracking project progress, validating value capture, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and preparing performance reports * Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business priorities, performance targets, and improvement initiatives. * Conduct benchmarking, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support strategic initiatives and value-creation opportunities. * Provide analytical support for special projects, transformation initiatives, and organizational performance improvement programs. * Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management methodologies, tools, and best practices. * Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
*What kind of profile are we looking for?** Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or any related field. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, International Relations, Engineering or any related field. * SAP ERP & Digital Platforms knowledge. * English is a must. * Portuguese is a plus.
*What competencies are key to this role?** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business, financial, and operational data, identify trends and performance drivers, assess risks and opportunities, * High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in target-setting processes, KPI definitions, performance reports, action tracking, and executive-level presentations while maintaining strong data governance standards. * Ability to lead and influence professionals across multiple functions, providing technical guidance, performance management expertise, and managerial support to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, timely execution of initiatives, and achievement of expected business outcomes. * Excellent Power BI & Microsoft Excel knowledge. * Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
