Role Description The Insurance Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Manşūrah. This role is responsible for supervising and guiding an insurance team, including setting daily priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring service standards and compliance requirements are met. The Insurance Team Leader oversees policy administration, supports complex insurance and finance-related queries, and coordinates with sales and customer service staff to achieve business targets. Daily activities include coaching team members, reviewing cases and documentation, managing escalations, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with management on process improvements. The role also involves fostering a positive team culture, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the development of sales initiatives within the insurance portfolio.
