Role Description The Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, responsible for supporting insurance operations and client service activities. This role includes reviewing and processing insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals, as well as assisting with underwriting support tasks. The Insurance Specialist will handle client inquiries, explain coverage details, support claims-related documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and brokerage partners to ensure accurate and timely service. Daily work involves maintaining policy records, monitoring deadlines, preparing reports, and adhering to company and regulatory standards. The role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues and clients to deliver efficient, high-quality insurance solutions.
Qualifications
