Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Consultant role based in Amman, Jordan. The Insurance Sales Consultant will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance solutions, and guide customers through the sales and onboarding process. Daily activities include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, preparing quotations, and explaining policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and professional manner. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing policyholders, handling inquiries, and supporting renewals and upgrades. The Insurance Sales Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and work toward individual and team sales targets while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

- Strong consultative sales and customer service skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation abilities and confident client-facing interactions.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills to interpret product details, premiums, and benefits for clients.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and standard office software to manage leads, opportunities, and client records.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, and collaborate within a diverse, goal-oriented team environment.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional ethics, reliability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and customer protection.
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
