Role Description The Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad. The Instructor will design, develop, and deliver training sessions for employees, ensuring that course content aligns with company procedures, quality standards, and performance objectives. Typical responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, leading classroom or workshop-style sessions, demonstrating practical skills, and assessing participant understanding through quizzes, evaluations, or practical exercises. The Instructor will also monitor training needs, collect feedback, update curricula as business requirements evolve, and collaborate with managers to schedule sessions and track training outcomes. This role requires consistent on-site presence to support staff development and provide direct guidance and coaching.

Qualifications

Strong instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to diverse learning needs.
Experience designing training materials, lesson plans, and assessments, preferably in a corporate, technical, or vocational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and encourage participant engagement.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple courses, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve programs.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and presentation tools; familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage.
Prior instructional or teaching experience, preferably in a commercial or training-focused setting; relevant certifications in training or education are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Baghdad on a full-time basis and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
