Position: Insights & Analytics Product Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Insights & Analytics Product Lead to own and drive an enterprise analytics and decision intelligence platform. The role is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into product capabilities, governing business requirements, and ensuring analytics and AI-driven insights deliver measurable business value and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for an enterprise analytics platform.
- Translate business KPIs into analytics and decision-support capabilities.
- Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
- Define user personas and enhance the overall decision-making experience.
- Measure product adoption, business value, and KPI impact.
- Drive continuous product improvements based on user feedback.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Analytics.
- Strong experience with analytics products, business requirements, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Product Management or Business Analysis certification is preferred.
