Role Description The Ingénieur Maintenance & Automatisme – Ligne de Conditionnement is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of automated packaging lines at the Tangier site. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and performing maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime. The role includes monitoring production line performance, adjusting automation parameters, and collaborating with production teams to resolve technical issues. The engineer will analyze recurrent failures, propose technical improvements, manage maintenance documentation, and support the integration of new equipment or upgrades. The position requires regular presence on the shop floor, adherence to safety procedures, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial production lines.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance Engineering capabilities, including planning and optimizing maintenance activities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to develop and execute maintenance schedules.
- Candidates should possess practical Electrical Maintenance skills for troubleshooting and repairing automated and electromechanical systems.
- Relevant engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with automated packaging or manufacturing lines, PLCs, sensors, and industrial control systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to safety, quality, and production continuity.
- Ability to work on-site in Tangier, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
