Infrastructure / Platform Engineering Manager / Lead
We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure / platform engineering Manager / Lead to lead our team.
You'll combine technical leadership with people management, driving platform strategy, developer experience, reliability, automation, and engineering excellence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys coaching engineers while remaining technically involved.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Platform Engineers & SREs (3–4 FTE)
- Own the platform roadmap and engineering strategy
- Drive automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and cloud reliability
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture to improve developer productivity
- Stay hands-on with Azure platform engineering and cloud architecture
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD and cloud-native platforms
- Background in Microsoft technologies, Azure Microservices, Angular
- Passion for developer experience, automation, and modern engineering practices
- Fluent in English
