Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor system operations and coordinate with vendors on system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and necessary training to users.
- Liaise with departments to understand their needs and recommend technical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Required Experience :
1-3 Years of experience in systems support; experience with hospital information systems is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English .
