A leading multinational company in chemical manufacturing is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join its team in Damietta.
Job Description:
- Provide first-line IT support to end users.
- Log, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT incidents.
- Manage IT assets, spare parts, and inventory.
- Support meeting room equipment, printers, and software installations.
- Prepare regular IT support and inventory reports.
- Support end-user activities during major plant projects and shutdowns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is a must.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / End-User Support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good reporting and time management skills.
- Presentable with a professional attitude.
- Military service completed or exempted.
- Willing to work onsite in Damietta.
