Position Summary
The Information Systems (IS) Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the Information Systems function of the Holding Company, leading the implementation and administration of the ERP platform, overseeing integration with the Investor Dashboard and subsidiary systems, managing technology governance, and ensuring that technology effectively supports business objectives.
The role will act as the bridge between business leadership, finance, investment operations, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives and reliable business reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Leadership & Management
- * Lead the selection, implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Holding Company ERP system.
- Ensure ERP processes support Finance, Procurement, HR, Governance, and Executive Management requirements.
- Manage ERP vendors, implementation partners, and support providers.
- Oversee ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management activities.
- Develop and maintain ERP policies, procedures, and system documentation.
Systems Integration
- * Manage integration between the ERP system and Investor Dashboard.
- Coordinate future integrations with subsidiary companies and external business applications.
- Work closely with vendors and technical teams to ensure secure and reliable data exchange.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve integration-related issues.
Business Process Improvement
- * Analyze and optimize business processes across departments.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and governance requirements.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
IT Governance & Compliance
- * Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Manage information security policies and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Reporting & Executive Support
- * Ensure accurate and timely management reporting through ERP and Investor Dashboard platforms.
- Support executive management with business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Work with Finance and Investment teams to improve visibility of business performance and investment activities.
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting mechanisms.
Vendor & Budget Management
- * Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage IT and systems budgets.
- Evaluate technology investments and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
Team Leadership
- * Build and lead the Information Systems function as the organization grows.
- Manage internal staff, consultants, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end users.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
- * 5+ years of experience in Information Systems, ERP, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership position.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Experience managing technology vendors and consulting partners.
- Experience in investment, holding companies, finance, or corporate groups is preferred.
