ICT Infrastructure Manager
We are looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and NOC/SOC across a complex, multi-company and multi-site environment.
This is a senior leadership role with two key mandates: Run and Transform — ensuring reliable, secure and cost-effective infrastructure operations while driving strategic modernisation and the evolution towards a professional shared-services/service-provider model.

Candidates should have 15+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, including at least 10 years in leadership/management positions, with a strong track record in complex, multi-site environments.
Importantly, candidates must have significant experience within an MSP, IT/Cloud Service Provider, Professional Services organisation, or a mature Enterprise Shared Services environment. Experience delivering technology as a service, managing SLAs/KPIs, service catalogues and customer-facing service delivery is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline is required, together with ITIL Foundation. Relevant Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Azure/AWS, CISSP/CISM and project management certifications would be advantageous.
