Role Description The Incoming Tour Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves coordinating and managing tour itineraries for international visitors, including arranging accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and activities. The Incoming Tour Operator communicates with travel partners, agencies, and clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about travel packages. Daily tasks include preparing tour proposals, handling booking modifications, ensuring smooth tour operations, and delivering high-standard customer service.
