- Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models for ICT and ELV systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare technical layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and coordinated design drawings.
- Model and produce drawings for the following systems:
- Structured Cabling and ICT Containment
- CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation Systems
- Intercom Systems
- VESDA Systems
- Audio Visual and Public Address Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
- Develop detailed containment layouts, including cable trays, ladders, and conduits.
- Coordinate ICT/ELV models with Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and Fire & Life Safety disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and support coordination and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for design and construction stages.
- Revise and update BIM models and drawings based on engineering feedback and coordination requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing tender, construction, and as-built drawings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT/ELV BIM modelling and design production.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Good understanding of ICT/ELV systems, containment layouts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
- Experience in data centre projects is highly preferred.
