A Snapshot of your dayYour day involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems, including Siemens control platforms, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You perform preventive and corrective maintenance, implement system improvements, manage technical documentation and work orders, while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems, including automation processors, sensors, drives, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system reliability, performance, and plant availability.
- Utilize Siemens SPPA-T3000 and Siemens PLC Step 7 systems for diagnostics, maintenance, control system modifications, and operational optimization.
- Conduct interlock testing, optimize control circuits, and interpret technical drawings and schematics to support safe and efficient plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, HS&E, and quality standards while maintaining accurate maintenance records, managing work orders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- * Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic (Electromechanics) Engineering.
- Experience in industrial service or maintenance environments, preferably within power generation plants; strong fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and interpretation of technical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on knowledge of Siemens SPPA-T3000, Siemens PLC Step 7, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical, quality-focused, and safety-conscious approach, with knowledge of PTW procedures and effective communication and influencing skills..
