Job Description
Qualifications Diploma or technical certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. * Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units. * Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, train, and schedule HVAC technicians effectively. * Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution using CMMS or maintenance schedules. * Sound knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS systems, and energy management practices. * Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quickly while ensuring minimum guest discomfort. * Strong understanding of health, safety, and fire life safety standards applicable to hotels. * Good communication and coordination skills* to work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.
