Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR processes, supporting employee relations, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising performance management activities, guiding managers on HR best practices, and assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. The Human Resources Supervisor will also help resolve workplace issues, maintain accurate HR records, and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and compliance with local labor regulations.
