Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site in Al Manşūrah in a full-time capacity, supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The role involves handling employee queries, supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to maintain a positive work environment, support staff development initiatives, and contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement.
