Position Overview
Morgan Latif is partnering with a leading international industrial organisation to appoint an HR Director for one of its key European businesses.
The organisation is undergoing a significant period of business and organisational transformation, creating an opportunity for an experienced HR leader to help shape its future structure, capabilities and culture.
This is a highly visible transformation mandate requiring a commercially minded and hands on HR leader who can combine strategic business partnering with strong execution, organisational development and change leadership.
The Challenge
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the future organisation, with key priorities including:
- Partnering with and challenging the Managing Director and leadership team
- Supporting the organisational transformation and future operating model
- Strengthening commercial capabilities, including the shift from product to solution selling
- Driving organisational design, succession planning and leadership development
- Leading cultural change, engagement and organisational capability building
- Embedding Group HR programmes and driving further Workday adoption
- Partnering effectively with employee representative bodies through continued change
- Leading and developing the local HR team
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with established HR leaders who can demonstrate:
- 10+ years of strategic and operational HR experience within international organisations
- Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director experience partnering with executive leadership
- Strong experience leading organisational, commercial and cultural transformation
- Experience supporting commercial organisations and sales capability development
- Strong organisational design, talent and succession planning experience
- Experience within an international matrix and COE-led HR model
- Strong employee relations experience within a complex European environment
- Experience with Workday or comparable HR systems
- A hands on, pragmatic leadership style with strong influencing and coaching capability
- Fluent German and English
