Role Description The Human Resources Assistant internship is an on-site role based in Marrakech. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding and training logistics, and helping with benefits administration and employee inquiries. The role also involves organizing HR files, preparing reports, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with team members across departments. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in HR within a dynamic real estate and investment environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee data.
- Basic understanding of Benefits Administration and willingness to learn local employment practices.
- Interest in Training and supporting onboarding, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; French and/or Arabic are an asset.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Marrakech, collaborating respectfully with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
