HR Administrator

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across our construction, engineering consultancy, and contracting businesses. The role will manage employee records and HR documentation while supporting attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, including both soft-copy and hard-copy personnel files.
- Manage daily attendance, timekeeping, overtime, absences, and leave records across office and site-based employees.
- Maintain and update employee lifecycle documentation from joining through separation.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment confirmations, warning letters, salary letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and employee data verification.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and HR system updates.
- Manage employee offboarding and exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, final documentation, and records.
- Support HR in handling employee concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure employee files and HR documentation are properly maintained, confidential, and easily accessible.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, site teams, payroll, PRO, and other departments on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, turnover, recruitment, and employee movements.
- Ensure HR administrative processes are aligned with UAE labour requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR administration experience, preferably within construction, engineering consultancy, contracting, or a similar project-based environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in attendance, time management, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting payroll preparation and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good understanding of UAE HR practices and employment documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
