Candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Science (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental preferred) with 10 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry. NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Accredited Certification
Proven experience in Environmental Management Systems (EMS/HSEMS), environmental compliance, environmental audits, environmental risk assessments, incident investigation, and oil spill response.
Experience in offshore oil & gas facilities will be a distinct advantage.
Practice and promote Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies of Company and to ensure the development and progression of Health, Safety, Security and Environment protection Keep up to date with new legislation on Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards.
Participate in preparing the Task Risk Assessment with operation team. Participate in yearly internal Audits and any external audits of HSEMS.
Coordinate with Projects Coordinators ( Security System) Expert knowledge of all HSSE and other relevent Safety regulations and standards.
Expert knowledge of personal protective Equipment(PPE) requirements and all OH & S and other relevant safety regulations and standards.
Monitor of contractor staff and their work and thereby ensure accident free completion of tasks as per required Quality /HSE standards.
Recommend improvements to environmental procedures, controls and management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable local and international environmental legislation, standards and industry best practices.
