We are looking for people who are about to finish their studies and are seeking an end-of-studies internship, or people who have finished their studies and are looking for a job-market insertion internship. This internship opens to permanent roles afterwards.
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote HR Recruiting Intern role. The Recruiting Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process by posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring teams. The role involves assisting with interview scheduling, maintaining candidate records, and keeping management informed throughout the recruiting cycle. The intern will help with onboarding and training logistics for new hires, including preparing documentation and assisting with orientation activities. Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams and the HR team is expected to improve recruiting workflows and provide a positive candidate experience.
